Trust and quality customer care are more important values than price when it comes to car maintenance, according to a survey of 350 motorists carried out by online car servicing, maintenance and repair portal Autobutler.
88% of the car owners quizzed in Autobutler’s Danish home market identified trusting their garage and experiencing good, efficient customer service as the most important factors when booking their cars in for work. Cost was the main influence for just 12% of drivers surveyed.
