ALLDATA Europe has announced Castrol and Osca Technology will be sharing their expertise and insights at its upcoming Repair Excellence Event, held at Nev’ll Fix It in Tonbridge on Saturday 17 October.
They join CCM Garages’ Tina Drayson and Shaikly Motor Company’s Michael Shaikly, as well as ALLDATA UK and Ireland Sales Director, Damian Milling, and ALLDATA Senior Technical Support Specialist, Steve Derham.
Castrol’s Dave Roberts will share important industry trends and identify profitable opportunities for workshops, while Osca Technology will share valuable insights with attendees.
These complement Tina’s presentation, focusing on how small improvements in the workshop can make a big difference, and Michael’s knowledge of how to attract the right customers, the right job types and the right work to build a more consistent and successful workshop.
The ALLDATA team will also share their knowledge; Damian will highlight new features of the redesigned ALLDATA Repair platform and introduce Diagnostic Intelligence, a guided diagnostic solution combining OEM repair information, repair intelligence and AI-assisted insights. Steve, meanwhile, will host a ‘Ask the Expert’ session and show visitors how ALLDATA can provide the answers to the toughest repair and diagnostic scenarios.
