ALLDATA has revealed Tina Drayson and Michael Shaikly will present at its next Repair Excellence Event which will be held at independent workshop Nev’ll Fix It on Saturday 17 October.
The free-to-attend event in Tonbridge will present technical and business content, as well as networking opportunities designed to bolster garage owners and technicians’ knowledge and confidence.
CCM Garages’ Tina and Shaikly Motor Company’s Michael have presented at both ALLDATA and wider industry events previously.
Diving into the afternoon’s breakout sessions, where the audience will be separated into smaller groups, ALLDATA Europe UK and Ireland Sales Director, Damian Milling, will highlight the new features of the redesigned ALLDATA Repair platform. These have been made to make access to original vehicle manufacturer diagnostic, repair and maintenance information faster.
Damian will also introduce Diagnostic Intelligence, a solution combining VM repair information, real-world repair intelligence and AI-assisted insights.
The event will be a blend of diagnostic best practice and accurate repair to business growth, customer profiling and recruitment, all said to be relevant but crucial when tackling today’s increasingly complex vehicle repairs.
ALLDATA believes the opportunity to listen and engage with experts in their field, to absorb and then apply learnings in day-to-day environments, network with fellow professionals, is priceless.
Damian hopes the lineup, trusted format and feedback received and shared among the automotive aftermarket will mean the Repair Excellence Event at Nev’ll Fix It will be the best yet.
He said: “This event is shaping up to be a brilliant one; the presenters are compelling, all with their own style, unique experience and ability to connect with an audience. We hope that garage owners and technicians – whether local or coming from afar – will see this as an opportunity to too good to turn down and sign up quickly.”
