UK Worker of the Year attracts record entries

Entries for the 2014 UK Worker of the Year competition has reached record numbers after a highly successful Bank Holiday weekend at Oulton Park earlier this month.

The competition, set up by workwear company Dickies to recognise and reward hard work in Britain, launched at Brands Hatch on the April 18 and has already seen thousands of hard workers enter.

Alongside the many British Superbike fans having the chance to enter this year’s competition, the Dickies stand also played host to fan favourites Taylor Mackenzie, Josh Waters, John Hopkins and ‘Stalker’ Chris Walker, who came along and sign autographs for those entering the competition.

UK Worker of the Year is a ‘free-to-enter’ competition and is open to anyone aged 17 or over (on the date of the launch), who works in the UK.
