Still Chance to Win in NGK’s Prize Draw

UK independent garages still have the chance to win a free courtesy car in a prize draw organised by NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd.

Members of the company’s BoxClever garage loyalty scheme have the opportunity to win a fantastic Suzuki Celerio five-door hatchback city car worth more than £7000.

Following the purchase of NGK spark plugs, glow plugs, NTK sensors and ignition coils, scheme members are encouraged to collect the single boxes that the products come supplied in and these are then returned in exchange for prize points.

Every time a member banks boxes until the end of June this year they will receive an entry into the Suzuki Celerio prize draw with an additional bonus entry being awarded for every NTK Lambda banked in the promotional period.

The company highlighted the initiative when it exhibited at MECHANEX Event City, Manchester, where it also focused on the forthcoming launch of a new range of 87 NTK Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensors and 69 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensors.

Mark Hallam, Marketing Manager, NGK Spark Plugs UK, said: “MECHANEX gave us the opportunity to speak about these new initiatives face-to-face with our customers.

“BoxClever members were enthusiastic about the chance to win this fantastic courtesy car and we also signed up some new members to the scheme. Visitors were also keen to learn more about the launch of our new sensors which will be available in the near future.”

NGK staff at the show were also presented with an award by Professional Motor Mechanic magazine. The Top Product Award for 2016 – which was chosen by the Editor and based on the response of readers – was for last year’s launch of the NGK YouTube channel.

The channel is packed full of invaluable facts – and fun – from the ignition specialist and carries a mix of technical, corporate and motorsport news, plus videos from its industry leading blogzine Torque.
