RWC launches second training site

RWC Training has announced it is gearing up for the launch of its second technology and training centre.

Located directly adjacent to its existing site in Milton Keynes, the site will be dedicated to vehicle technology, providing the space to run ADAS, hybrid and electric vehicle training and accreditation. It will also deliver the company’s body and paint traineeship as well as IMI accreditations and repair skills training.

Equipped with the latest technology plus a large cinematic screen, in a bid to create an enhanced future-ready learning experience, the new site will increase RWC’s training space to nearly 5,000 sqft.

Founder, Rob Ward, said: “As a business we will always stay close to body and paint training, but vehicle technology is changing so fast now we felt it was critical to increase our focus in this area to help the industry keep up to date and remain future-ready.”

As part of the launch of the second site, RWC will also be partnering with Starship Robots to enhance its ADAS courses, and plans to jointly run vehicle tech career events with the local schools.

Rob added: “In 2020, we collaborated with Our Virtual Academy to provide blended learning. This collaboration will now see the introduction of the very latest virtual reality learning technology at our new site. Virtual reality will also form part of our schools and careers projects.”
