IAAF reveals latest membership addition

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has added to its roster of members by welcoming MEYLE UK.

Founded in 1958, MEYLE manufactures and distributes automotive parts in the independent aftermarket in three product ranges: MEYLE-ORIGINAL (true to OE), MEYLE-PD (advanced performance and design) and MEYLE-HD (better than OE).

The brand’s portfolio features nearly 24,000 references and can be found in 120 countries around the world.

Andy Tress, UK Sales Director at MEYLE, commented: “It is vitally important that the aftermarket has a voice that is loud enough to be heard. The networking advantages the IAAF gives us allows MEYLE to be part of this, benefiting us and our distributors.”

By joining the IAAF, MEYLE will gain access to benefits including insights into the federation’s lobbying activities to protect the automotive aftermarket, networking events, free legal helpline, credit protection advice and lifestyle protection plans.

Mike Smallbone, Head of Membership Development at the IAAF, said: “We’re excited to be continuing to grow our membership, and we welcome MEYLE, who, with plenty of experience working across the globe, will surely be a valuable addition to the federation’s membership.”
