To help share its “one range solution” message, braking solutions brand Ferodo has introduced updated packaging for its complete LV brake pad range.


The Ferodo LV brake pad range has been developed to meet the needs of both electric and hybrid vehicles (EHV) as ICE cars, offering a “one range to stock” solution for distributors and wholesalers, and a ‘simple choice’ solution for installers.

To share this message with all stakeholders in the market, a dedicated ICE and EHV logo has been created and added to its eco-friction and fuse+ technology range brake pad boxes.

As EHVs rely on regenerative braking most of the time, as they weigh more and are quieter than their ICE counterparts, requirements for brake pads might be different. However, deep diving into the physics behind premium brake pads, building on 125 years of braking expertise, and through an extensive research and development and testing program, the company claims to be able to develop and produce a ‘one range solution’. This is said to meet the needs of both ICE as EHVs without compromise, offering a substantial stock advantage for distributors and wholesalers, and a simple choice solution for installers.

 

The brand’s new packaging brings a consistent, highly appealing graphical presence to the full range of brake pads. In addition, the packaging aims to call attention to the one-range solution and communicates that Ferodo parts are chosen not only by leading vehicle repair professionals worldwide, but also by many of the world’s most successful automakers.
