The EVIP 2 (part number 9303) from Laser Tools immobilises electric vehicles by plugging directly into the Type 2 charge socket.
This tricks the vehicle into waiting for charge, meaning that even with the vehicle turned on, it cannot be driven. This makes it perfect for repair and service procedures requiring the car to be turned on.
