Joe’s Repairs from Surrey has claimed a runner-up spot at the Annual AutoCare conference award for ‘Garage of the Year’.
The garage overcame more than 600 garages, outperforming garages in major cities, such as London, Manchester and Birmingham. The winning garage was S & J Services from Wales.
Joe and Michelle, owners of the garage have been trading at this particular site since 2014. Joe has over 27 years’ experience and was a master technician at Saab. The garage has embraced the training courses on offer by AutoCare since joining the scheme and is a trained diagnostics specialist.
The Garage of the Year award celebrates the garages’ excellence in digitally marketing AutoCare/approved garages at their garage premises as well as their own website, adhering to the AutoCare code of conduct, supporting and embracing the programme, actively sending customer feedback cards, and proactively attending training courses and conferences/regional meetings that are provided by the network.
