IAAF Delivers Fleet Management Solution

Additional IAAF member benefits continue to be announced with the federation revealing that it is teaming up with FleetCheck to offer a range of services. This enables members to ensure they are operating a compliant and legal fleet of company vehicles.

Fleet management is becoming more important given the new guidelines introduced by the Sentencing Council in February 2016. This will have particular relevance to any company running a fleet of vehicles and managing drivers and the IAAF is keen to ensure its members have the appropriate measures in place.

FleetCheck’s widely acclaimed fleet software sits at the heart of its portfolio and provides a robust platform for a wide range of products spanning fleet, vehicle, driver and risk management.

Whether running a small or large fleet of vehicles, FleetCheck’s cost-effective, specialist software gives members access to a multitude of data sources. This allows them to connect and process data from their chosen supplier.

An extensive array of services are available to members including: Online fleet software designed for complete management of vehicles, drivers, plant, machinery, documentation and policy; a choice of software packages to suit specific fleet sizes and a combination of vehicle types (cars, LCVs and HGVs); easy-to-navigate intuitive software; numerous integration options such as telematics, fuelcards, leasing and accident data for total fleet transparency; market-leading telematics solutions to fit specific tracking and driver management requirements; and also intelligent fuel management tools for optimum cost control.

FleetCheck is providing IAAF members with an exclusive deal, offering free setup worth £20 per vehicle.
Once prepared, members can access FleetCheck’s flexible and scalable online software.

With businesses constantly evolving and technology developing, the fleet management system is set up to ensure it can respond to changing requirements.

Wendy Williamson, IAAF chief executive, said: “The benefits of using FleetCheck’s management system are evident and we strongly encourage all relevant members to take advantage of this exclusive offer.

“We are confident that the company can help prevent any operational, financial or legal compliance issues that our fleet manager members may be experiencing, resulting in significant financial savings.”
