Ferodo has been running its Brake Specialist scheme for over twenty years. The concept is simple: members of the scheme fit brake products to a high standard and, in return, Ferodo recommends the workshop to customers and provides them with support. The FBS (Ferodo Brake Specialist) network has always proved popular amongst our customers, so we have rewarded our loyal members by investing in the scheme to develop new and exciting offerings. Being a Ferodo Brake Specialist helps a business attract new customers and maintain the loyalty of existing ones by demonstrating a commitment to product quality and excellent customer service.
The FBS scheme provides members with a number of advantages: valuable POS materials that promote the technical and safety benefits of Ferodo brakes; access to the latest product information and technical support both online and by phone; online promotion of the member’s business; and access to exclusive quarterly promotions.
Affiliates of the scheme also benefit through Ferodo directing customer enquiries by motorists in the area to their local FBS garage. In return, businesses commit to using and recommending Ferodo products, where available, and must satisfy the necessary high-quality standards of competence in brake fitting and servicing.
The FBS scheme provides benefits for both the participating garage and the consumer. On the one hand, the customer can be confident that their safety-critical braking system is being equipped with OE quality parts, and on the other, the garage can demonstrate its high professional standards through FBS scheme membership.
As part of a recent update to the scheme, members now have access to bespoke promotions and POS material and are also promoted on the Ferodo website. Ferodo is happy to endorse businesses that are proudly using our products. The relationship benefits both parties; we know the high-quality standards of the Ferodo brand are being upheld and the members get as much technical and marketing support as they need.
Workshops are welcome to order an extensive range of POS material from the FBS members’ portal, including posters, brochures, product leaflets and window decals. They also have access to Ferodo’s expert technical team.
