Walk and fundraise for Ben

Ben has invited the automotive community to step up for its latest walking challenge events, the Thames Bridges Trek and the Kiltwalk.

With 35% of people in the automotive industry reportedly lacking regular physical activity, this provides an opportunity to take steps and make a difference. Physical activity is also one of the best ways to improve all aspects of health and wellbeing, so Ben will be encouraging automotive people to get their walking shoes ready and get involved

By taking part in these events, participants will raise vital funds to help those in the industry who are struggling, or facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether walking with friends, family or colleagues, these events are said to be the perfect way to get moving, raise vital funds, and make a difference.

Matt Wigginton, Director of Partnerships, Engagement and Income, said: “Right now, so many in our automotive family are facing real challenges, from struggles with stress, mental health, and money problems. Every step you take and every pound you raise enables us to support those who are struggling, or in crisis.

“So sign up today and challenge yourself to walk in support of your automotive family. By lacing up and stepping out for Ben, you’re doing more than just walking, you’re helping us change and save lives. So gather your colleagues, friends, or family, and join us, because together, we can walk towards a healthier future for everyone in our industry.”
