Online servicing, maintenance and repair portal Autobutler.co.uk has added to the expertise of its helpline team with the appointment of qualified mechanic Luke Littler to the role of vehicle support co-ordinator.
Luke is responsible for verifying job requests submitted by car owners via the Autobutler website, ensuring that the most precise details are made available to garages to enable them to provide accurate quotes to complete the work.
Holding a level one diploma in vehicle mechanics from Hopwood Hall College in Rochdale, Luke joins Autobutler from an armed forces background, where he completed an NVQ level three apprenticeship in performing engineering operations.
Commenting on his new role with Autobutler.co.uk, Luke Littler says: “I’m really pleased to have joined Autobutler to work in a slightly less high stress environment than I’m used to! As well as my experience as an Army engineer, I’ve spent time working in independent and dealer workshops, so I understand how to help garages get the best out of being part of Autobutler.”
Clive Thorpe, Sales Director for Autobutler.co.uk, adds: “Having Luke on the team is a fantastic addition that sets Autobutler apart. His first class knowledge and experience is really enhancing the service we offer our garage members and customers, and shows again our commitment to delivering quality long-term support and growth for the UK aftermarket.”
Independent workshops, national chains, franchised garages, bodyshops, fast-fits and MOT stations can take advantage of the valuable new opportunity to gain new business from the growing number of online customers registering at Autobutler.co.uk by signing up for a week’s taster trial.
