Prestone has launched a Power Steering Fluid that is said to keep your car running smoothly without damaging its gaskets. The formula is guaranteed for use in all cars and will prevent corrosion, extending the life of your power steering fluid.
Fluid is an essential part of the breaking process, multiplying the pressure as you depress the brake pedal of your car and transferring it to the wheels. Changing your brake fluid every two years is an essential part of car maintenance; as brake fluid ages it can absorb water from its surroundings, which heats up when you brake, turning to vapour and leaving you with soft pedals and reduced braking power.
Prestone has developed a DOT 4 Brake Fluid specifically designed to excel in high temperatures up to a dry boiling point of more than 260°C and a wet boiling point more than 150°C.
The product reduces the risk of vaporisation and will protect brakes against corrosion.
