Well known for bringing sought-after specialist tools to market, Laser Tools has recently introduced this Jaguar ABS ring socket (part no: 5537), an indispensable tool for front hub and suspension work on the XK (X100 — 1996 onwards) and XJ8 (X308 — 1997-2003) series cars.
Before access can be gained to the front wheel bearings on these cars the ABS reluctor ring needs to be removed; this special 1/2″drive socket is required to undo and retighten this ABS ring and is carefully engineered to be able to handle the very high torque settings in this process.
