Workshops need to be supported by their supplier and oil brand to ensure they have the complete training and back up should anything go wrong.
“This year we’ve supported two members of our Castrol Service network when their customers experienced engine failure, because the workshop provided Castrol Guarantee to their customers, Castrol carried out a full investigation and supported the consumer with the evidence to claim the repaired directly with the car manufactures as the workshop had fitted the right Castrol oil.”
