Parts information data provider TecDoc has relaunched its technical data under the new TecRMI name, it has been announced.
The company has finished its integration of the system and recently completed the latest phase of its development to unveil the latest innovation, which comes only months after the acquisition of AuDaCon AG.
Shaun Greasley, Commercial Director of TecDoc UK and Ireland, said the data available will make life easier for workshops and aid them to compete with the franchised dealer, as well as the local independent.
Mr Greasley also revealed: “Printable checklists are available via the Maintenance Data, and they provide technicians with the means to ensure that they observe the general maintenance intervals and the correct intervals for specific jobs, as well as information on resetting procedures.
“The Technical Data provides technical drawings, tightening torque settings and contains more repair manual information than any comparable product, and the Repair Time allows the user to find the exact labour times as specified by the VM’s to their dealers.”
