An issue prevalent in the aftermarket, it’s something garages often struggle with, as the question of what to charge for the jobs they do comes into play. With mounting pressure from customers to compete with each other and lower their prices, garages are often left wondering what is the right amount?
We speak with two garages in Walthamstow about how they price jobs as well as Jon Douglass, Membership Services Manager at the IGA. Tina Drayson, Operations Manager at CCM also gives her tips to pricing your jobs better.
