The company says the new software will fully automate stock management, purchasing and order processing functions that were previously reliant on some manual controls – delivering significant time savings for the Ashbourne-based tool specialist.

The new software came online seamlessly in July and is already raising first-pick rates across a product range of over 12,500 items by ensuring more fast-moving products are held in stock. Pichler’s orders are then delivered next-day by courier to a thriving UK automotive customer base.
