MANN-FILTER redevelops online catalogue

MANN-FILTER has redeveloped its online catalogue, and from July 2024, the digital reference tool will be available in a fresh design with new functions for selected countries, with further markets to follow in due course.

The MANN-FILTER online catalogue features a newly developed user interface, improved user guidance and user-friendly search options. This includes selection boxes such as “Product name”, “VIN search” and “Cross references” for finding items quickly. In addition, the revised catalogue shows new products and other changes to the product range directly on the homepage. In future, the dimensions of all new products will be directly visible in the image. The tried-and-tested multi-search function, which can be used to find up to 10 products at once, is also available in the new catalogue.

Dr. Michael Heim, Vice President Global Product Management Automotive Aftermarket at MANN+HUMMEL, said: “We want our users to find the product they are looking for quickly and easily in just a few clicks and offer them the greatest possible convenience when searching for items. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is therefore to continuously optimise and expand the digital service offering for our customers. To this end, in the digital transformation, we are focusing on restructuring our digital landscape, including databases, systems and frontends, with a strong focus on the customer interface. As part of this digitalisation strategy, we are launching our new MANN-FILTER online catalogue on a new digital platform in July 2024. This will enable the implementation of further digital services in the future. Going forward, our customers will find everything in one place:”

Michael added: “Our new online catalogue is updated every day so that the portfolio is always up to date. A regular visit is therefore definitely worth it. With a market coverage of almost 97% in Europe, we offer our customers a comprehensive filter range that they can find in an even more user-friendly way thanks to the new catalogue.”
