IAAF overhauls web offering with member-friendly website

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has launched a brand new website designed to substantially highlight its activities in the trade and also exclusive range of member only benefits.

This updated website at www.iaaf.co.uk will allow IAAF members to access latest association news, keeping up-to-date with IAAF’s most recent activity in the industry. It will also inform new visitors about the different services IAAF provides, benefitting aftermarket businesses on a daily basis.

The site also informs members of IAAF’s most recent lobbying activities, such as on MoT testing proposals and communication with Vauxhall over Zafira fires.

Wendy Williamson, IAAF Chief Executive, said: “I am delighted to unveil IAAF’s new website. It is important we continue to heavily invest in the development of our member benefits and this launch signifies our commitment to promoting the IAAF and our members interests far and wide.”

The ‘member only’ section has been designed to make it easier for IAAF’s members to gain insightful material relevant to the running of an aftermarket business, such as an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme and a free legal helpline, both of which reflect the professional and supportive services IAAF provides.

Members can also access exclusive information regarding service providers, as well as any recent legislation affecting the industry.

Williamson said: “We will regularly update the website to ensure members remain up-to-speed with developments crucial to the success of their business. The new website also provides us with a professional platform to connect more directly with members and allows us to work with them to promote their business and the independent aftermarket as a whole.”

Voting begins for The IAAF Annual Awards
Meanwhile, Voting has begun for the IAAF’s Annual Awards.

There are more than 30 aftermarket companies contesting the awards and for the first time ever, members are able to have a direct influence on the results as they can vote for their preferred supplier or distributor.

The voting is already underway and members can cast their vote by logging onto the newly updated site and following the instructions.

All award winners will be announced in the evening, after dinner, at the IAAF Annual Award Ceremony on Thursday December 17.
