Comline has revealed, following an exhaustive audit by the British Standards Institute (BSI) under the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS), that is has renewed its ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification from the International Organization for Standardization is a globally respected benchmark for quality management systems. This certification is said to showcase an organisation’s commitment to high-quality products, customer satisfaction, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. By attaining this standard, an organisation signals its dedication to a process-driven approach and continual improvement.
Comline is no stranger to ISO 9001, with the brand having held this certification for many years, but this latest ISO 9001:2015 audit has been conducted by the BSI under UKAS accreditation.
This certification not only acknowledges Comline’s expertise and desire to flourish in the aftermarket industry today, but also lays down a robust foundation for its future, a future rooted in its unwavering customer focus and sustained process excellence.
Comline Quality Manager, Luis Miguel Gómez Muñoz, who led the certification process, said: “Renewing our ISO 9001:2015 certification reflects Comline’s ongoing determination to doing things right! Our journey in achieving this certification has been a hugely gratifying process for me personally, and one that has seen a collective commitment from every one of our people.
“Maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 status is a tribute to every member of the Comline team and clearly demonstrates our customer-centric approach. The BSI audit has only sought to enhance the strength of our processes, and these will underpin our ongoing quality and growth ambitions as we seek to further develop the Comline brand around the world.”
Chris Wright, Director, BSI Academy & UK Assurance Marketing, added: “BSI would like to congratulate Comline Auto Parts Ltd on its certification to ISO 9001, which helps to show Comline’s commitment to quality management and focus on the continual improvement of its products and services.
“This achievement validates Comline’s proactive approach to quality management, which can bring long-term, positive benefits to employees, customers and society.”
