Banner’s association with GDL wrapped in potential

Working with London-based GDL – one of London’s principal wholesalers and suppliers of quality automotive components – Banner Batteries is on a drive to increase its brand visibility across the City.

Going full throttle to keep the Banner brand proposition as mobile as possible, GDL has recently added a Banner wrapped van to its 5-strong van fleet. And with such an eye-catching bespoke design, the van is set to not only turn heads, but enable Banner to unwrap their potential in London by promoting its standing as one of the world’s leaders in the field of batteries with an established and unequivocal OE pedigree.

As Banner’s Country Manager, Lee Quinney states: “Banner is delighted to be working with GDL and both parties are confident that the new vehicle wrap applied to the van will give greater visibility to both brands in London and the surrounding areas.

“Not only is the design powerful and striking, but its boldness reflects the beginning of Banner’s power evolution and both parties are delighted with the end result. It is against this backdrop that we intend to canvas further customer feedback, as the design is something we would be keen to possibly mobilise with other independent motor factors in the future,” Lee adds.

Commenting on behalf of GDL, Director, Raj Ghai said: “Banner is an accomplished and widely recognised brand who are also established OE suppliers to BMW, Volkswagen, Porsche, Aston Martin, Morgan, Daimler and Volvo and their full battery product range that we offer is of the highest quality. We feel sure the dual branded van will benefit both companies and reinforce the bond vested in this relationship.”
