ONE TO WATCH OUT FOR…

BLUE PRINT  Hybrid vehicles – drive train technology and operation

The ever-growing popularity of hybrid and electric vehicles means that the automotive aftermarket will be affected in a big way over the next few years. To quantify this, hybrid vehicle UK sales from 2008 to 2013 show there are over 600,000 cars on the road up to the start of last year and these will all need servicing and repairs. Garages therefore need to start preparing with suitable training and equipment to enable them to work safely and confidently on hybrid vehicles. This seminar will help to do that by offering advice about the role and function of DC brushless motors that are used in hybrid vehicle types.
