Ring and OSRAM have begun hosting free training sessions, in a bid to further assist their customers.
Recently, Mike Smallbone from Aftermarket Business Solutions, represented both companies and hosted a training event for GSF Car Parts Exeter branch. During the session, Mike gave pointers to staff on how to market products effectively, offered advice on increasing customer loyalty, as well as demonstrating the different bulb technologies in the market and how to increase profits by upselling to customers.
Mike commented: “This year, OSRAM and Ring are focusing all of their energy on servicing their direct customers, and providing training through myself is an element customers have been asking for.
“I visited two GSF branches, one in Exeter and another in Bridgewater and found the day with the GSF staff to be an incredible success. This is all part of a larger initiative as we build to deliver something exciting, unique and bespoke for GSF Car Parts garage customers in the Exeter and surrounding area.”
