Comma has added a new Technical Enquiries Helpline to the extensive support services already available to independent vehicle servicing workshops and Comma distributors.
The dedicated helpline on 01474 546 318 complements the existing online technical, training and marketing support functions on the Distributor and Professional Partner Programme portals of CommaOil.com.
“While the extensive Comma website resource will continue to serve as the first point of call for application recommendations and product information, we have established the new Helpline as a person-to-person service staffed by specialists who can provide instant response and answers to any technical questions about Comma brand products,” said Comma spokesperson Mike Bewsey.
The Technical Helpline service is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm and can also be accessed by E-mail at technical@uk.cosan.com.
Online Training Excellence
Earlier this year, Comma introduced a suite of free, online training models in the Distributor portal of CommaOil.com. In all, there are fifteen modules covering technical aspects of Comma brand engine and transmission lubricants, coolants and brakes fluids, as well as a module explaining the ACEA engine lubricant classifications and their significance.
Separate sections are devoted to training in Comma brand sales, marketing communications and distributor support programmes, and an overview of Comma’s world class manufacturing, product quality and safety, health and environmental credentials.
Individual modules should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete, followed by a short test in the form of a multiple choice quiz. For each module, a personalised Certificate of Excellence can now be downloaded and printed for successfully completing and achieving a perfect 100% score in the quiz.
