MAM Software updates and improvements.
MAM Software has announced details of the forthcoming version of Autowork Online, which will extend and improve the system’s functionality. Autowork Online is a cloud-based garage management application capable of carrying out day-to-day tasks, such as generating invoices and maintaining service records. The release is scheduled for spring 2019 and will include a series of new features:
- A new MOT history lookup service to retrieve current MOT status and past test results from the DVSA database
- The ability to submit electronic VAT returns directly from Autowork Online for Making Tax Digital compliance
- Enhanced returns functionality that provides greater visibility and control of returned products and cores
- Improved user security with a new login screen and password maintenance capabilities
- Job card improvements, including the ability to remove customer details to meet GDPR requirements
- An updated document screen with increased layout customisation options and improved performance
