There are also kits for LCVs, including: the Ford Transit 2.4 TDCi, 04/2006-08/2014; Ford Transit 2.4 TDCi 04/2006-08/2014; and the VW Transporter VW Mk V 1.9 TDI, 04/2003-11/2009.

Japanese vehicles are also catered for with new releases for the Toyota RAV 4 Mk II 2.0 D-4D 4WD, 09/2001-11/2005, and the Nissan Qashqai/Qashqai +2 1.5 dCi, 02/2007-.

Malcolm Short, Technical Services Manager for Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket in the UK, said: “The LuK clutch range is the complete clutch solution and continues to be the first choice for distributors and garages who want to stock and fit parts they can trust, so by popular demand from our customers, we have decided to launch a range of LuK RepSet DMF kits to enable our independent workshop customers to carry out a professional clutch repair.

“DMFs have been originally fitted to more than 100 million vehicles since 1985, and because modern engines continue to get smaller, lighter and more powerful, they are still the vehicle manufacturers’ (VMs) first choice for efficient vibration control.

“As the leading supplier of original equipment (OE) clutches we know how important it is for workshops to fit the best quality clutches for the widest selection of vehicles which is why we strive to introduce new part numbers to enable them to continue to do so.”

Recent additions to the LuK range also comprise five LuK RepSets, three LuK RepSet Pros and four DMFs, and new product releases introduced so far this year catering for the needs of more than 4.75 million vehicles.
