Having difficulties purchasing a front air strut for the Mercedes S-Class W221 with Airmatic without 4Matic?
Arnott Europe can offer two options. A remanufactured OE air strut, AS-2540, or a completely new air strut, AS-2820.
The remanufactured OE struts feature a new rubber air spring bladder manufactured by Continental ContiTech and an improved upper seal design by using an O-ring sealing technology rather than the original epoxy design.
The new air strut features a new custom tuned shock absorber and a CNC machined top mount made from aircraft quality aluminum.
The Arnott strut is pre-assembled and includes a new air bladder from ContiTech which is protected by an aluminum can, Arnott’s long lasting seals, new bump stop, heavy duty crimping rings, protective dust boot and a new check valve and airline fitting.
Both of these struts are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for European customers.
