Federal-Mogul Motorparts invests in its registered garage scheme to offer members improved content.
Federal-Mogul Motorparts, a division of Federal-Mogul LLC, has upgraded its successful Ferodo® Brake Specialist (FBS) program to improve its offering. Members now have access to bespoke promotions and POS material promoted on the Ferodo website.
“The FBS programme has always been popular amongst our customers, so we have invested in the scheme to develop new and exciting offerings for loyal members,” said Federal-Mogul Motorparts EMEA’s Regional Marketing Manager, Jonathan Allen. “Being a Ferodo Brake Specialist helps a business attract new customers and maintain the loyalty of existing ones by demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Through association with the respected Ferodo brand, a company can show its dedication to the use of high quality replacement parts and raise its profile with customers.”
The FBS scheme provides members with a number of advantages, including valuable point-of-sale materials that promote the technical and safety benefits of Ferodo brakes; access to the latest product information and technical support (on-line and by phone); on-line promotion of their business; and entry to exclusive quarterly promotions. Federal-Mogul Motorparts will also direct any customer enquiries by motorists in the area to their local FBS garage.
In return, businesses recommends and applies Ferodo products, where available, and must satisfy the necessary standards of competence in brake fitting and servicing.
