Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland has welcomed students aged 14-16 from Billing Brook School to its Head Office in Milton Keynes for a work placement experience.
Billing Brook School is an all-age educational institution dedicated to supporting pupils with complex needs, including significant learning difficulties and autism spectrum disorder.
The day began with an icebreaker activity, followed by a business presentation and a game of ‘Guess the Car Parts’.
AAG team members shared personal journeys, offering insights into their roles and career paths within the company.
To close the day, Dan Cammish, Key Accounts Manager and BTCC driver, joined the group for a discussion about balancing his corporate role with racing commitments at NAPA Racing UK. The students also got an up-close look at one of the NAPA Racing sales cars.
Kelsey Kerr, Learning and Development Manager, said: “The work placement day with Billing Brook School was truly inspiring. It was wonderful to see the students engage so enthusiastically and showcase their creativity and potential. We’re proud to support their development and help spark their future career ambitions.”
