Over the past 18 months AMK has carried out a full strategic review of its business, identifying processes which have either fallen out of favour with today's market or are no longer viable. The branch closures will be the final stage in AMK's drive for efficiencies.
In order to meet the requirements of its customers AMK are to adopt a single site distribution, in line with the vast majority of suppliers to the UK aftermarket.
